The staff were 'excellent' at ignoring my requests. Then, oh joy, the bathroom was more cramped than a subway stall. I expected a gift for my troubles but just got a 'welcome' mat. Honestly, it's too bad. I wanted to leave a good review but just couldn't!

Stayed in well-maintained a double room where to put our bags. The service was good, that made the hotel well priced and wonderful small place.
The room had not very good views.

The room was brand-new and having coffee and free WiFi in it was handy. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, just 5 min walk from Old Town. We were there for 3 nights, overall had a real good stay.

lovely small and reasonably priced hotel in nice with competent staff on the reception desk. comfortable beds, coffee, complimentary wi-fi, and a mini-bar in the room. satisfactory breakfasts for tasteless food. absolutely perfect location, 10 minutes walk from centenaire plage beach.

Stayed at le seize for one night and really loved the helpful staff. They were patient with my french! The location is great, just close to all attractions. The bed was super comfortable, and i appreciated the coffee machine and snacks in the room.

Had no breakfast, the bed was very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.
As I arrived there were 3 garbage bags and a vacuum cleaner in front of the door, which were unfortunately not immediately cleared away.

Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well and quiet. Refrigerator and kettle for coffee and tea in the room very pleasant. Big shower in the bathroom. Very central location right next to the Pace Massena. Quaint old lift with folding doors.
Room and bathroom (especially the sink) as usual, rather small. Great for a person; for two people a bit tight.
